Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

All private coaching sessions, mini-groups, and corporate classes must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the agreed-upon start time.

If a student cancels, reschedules, or fails to attend a session less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the lesson is considered fully consumed and the fee is forfeited. No makeup class or refund will be offered for late cancellations.

If the professor needs to cancel or reschedule a session within the 24-hour window due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative replacement session will be scheduled at the earliest mutual convenience, or a full refund for that specific session will be issued.

Students arriving late to a live online session will be taught for the remainder of the allocated time slot, and the lesson will conclude at the originally scheduled ending time without time extensions.
