Welcome to the official website of your Certified French Professor. By purchasing any of our services, coaching packages, or group programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services & Customization

We provide premium, fully customized online educational services in French as a Foreign Language (FLE), including Private Business Coaching, Official Exam Preparation, General French, and Conversation tracks. All sessions are delivered online via dedicated digital meeting rooms.

2. Pricing & Currency

• All prices displayed on the website are listed in USD (United States Dollars).

• Hourly rates and package prices are subject to change, but existing packages already purchased will remain unaffected by price updates.

3. Payment & Security

• Payments must be settled in full before the commencement of any individual lesson, package, or group program.

• All transactions are processed through 100% Secure PayPal Checkout. You can pay using your PayPal Account or any major Credit/Debit Card.

• Corporate invoices for company expense tracking are available upon request.

4. Package Validity

• 10-Hour/Lesson Packs: Must be fully consumed within 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused hours beyond this period will automatically expire and are non-refundable.

• 4.5-Month Programs: Group or private tracks tied to a specific schedule are bound to the duration of that program and cannot be extended or frozen.

5. 24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Late Cancellation: Any lesson cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time will be considered fully consumed and billed.

• No-Show: If a student is late, the professor will wait for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the session is treated as a no-show, and the lesson is forfeited.

• Professor’s Cancellation: In the rare event that the professor must cancel a session within the 24-hour window, the lesson will be rescheduled at the earliest mutual convenience, or a full refund for that specific hour will be issued.

6. "Success and Results Guaranteed" Policy

Our guarantee reflects our high standard of certified excellence, but it requires mutual commitment. To qualify for any guarantee or remedial support under this policy:

• The student must have attended 100% of the scheduled sessions on time.

• The student must have completed and submitted 100% of the assigned homework and modules within the requested deadlines.

• The student must follow the strategic roadmap established during the initial assessment.

7. Intellectual Property

All pedagogical materials, custom roadmaps, proprietary tools, and exercises provided during the courses remain the intellectual property of the professor. They are for the student’s personal educational use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
